Head of Conveyancing
Patrick Cooney is a Bristol Law graduate who joined the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2002. He specialises in property law, handling a wide variety of domestic and commercial conveyancing together with property related disputes and contentious probate cases. He advises a number of small and medium sized businesses on commercial leases and business acquisitions as well as supervising the firm's residential sales and purchases, property transfers, remortgages etc. He is also a school governor at a local primary school and sits on various other committees.
Born in Suffolk Patrick is forty something and married with three young children. He is a sporty type enjoying tennis and sailing in particular and is an occasional golfer.
